Tuina has been proven to aid in pain related conditions such as neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain, headache, insomnia, amongst other health conditions.


Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy that uses dried mugwort (moxa) on particular points of the body to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi in the body and to dispel toxins.

This therapy is often used to relieve pain due to injuries or arthritis, digestive problems, protection against colds and flu, relieving menstrual cramps or irregular menstruation. It can also be used to improve fertility issues for women.


Cupping is a TCM technique that uses small dome glass cups or bamboo jars that acts like a suction device that are placed on the skin. This technique is commonly used to expel toxins in the body, loosen and relax muscles, encourage blood flow, relieve anxiety, migraines and to regulate blood pressure.
Cupping is commonly used to treat stiffness, aches on the neck and shoulder, common cold, asthma and cold.
