Get active with the basics of Qigong with Ming Yi Guan every Tuesday from 24 April 2018! Qigong is a form of gentle exercise that aims to clear blockages in the body based on the meridian system and to achieve internal balance.
Stress is something that most people experience on a daily basis, whether at work or at home. Practising Qigong helps one to achieve a relaxed state of mind and body, making it a great exercise for stress and tension relief. Other health benefits include improved circulation of Qi and blood and improved spine health for desk workers.
